From a workshop bench

Slitesterk started in 2018, in our own shoemaker’s workshop. Day in, day out we repaired, polished and revived shoes — and saw first-hand what good care does for a pair. Then customers began asking a simple question: “Could you send me that shoe polish?”

One parcel became many. What began as posting a tin of polish to a customer grew, step by step, into something bigger: our own line of care products, built on everything we had learned at the workbench about what shoes really need.

Crafted in Southern Europe

Today, Slitesterk products are mostly made in Southern Europe, in a region where quality and craftsmanship have been held in the highest regard for generations. Every cream, cleaner, spray and insole is produced with carefully chosen, high-quality ingredients — formulas that nourish deeply, protect reliably and respect the material they touch.

Our products are available through official retail partners in six European countries — and behind every tin and bottle is still that same workshop mentality from 2018.
